How to Measure you Head Size.

To determine your hat size, follow these 4 simple steps:

Step 1.

Using either a soft tape measure or a piece of string – Measure the circumference around your head.

Step 2.

The tape should be level, in the centre of your forehead and just above the top of your ears. It is useful to have someone assist in holding the tape which should be adjusted to a comfortable fit and the measurement taken.

Step 3.

Then check our size chart above to determine your size.

Step 4.

If your size falls between two sizes, choose the next size up. You can always attach foam fillers (available for sale) to ensure a snug fit.

Very nice and well constructed Aussie style outdoor hat

I have recently received the blue and brown All Over Drover hats from HBT100. I really like these hats as they are strongly stitched, very durable waterproof cotton fabric, that is quite stiff in comparison with a Tilley hat, which I quite like as I find the soft cotton hats too floppy. These come fairly stiff but I think they will soften up over time as I am already noticing that is happening as I wear the hats. I also like how these stay on your head and have less tendency to fly off in a wind than Tilley hats or other thicker material hats. And the style is just perfect because I do not like the American cowboy hat look and the classic drover shape is just nicer looking overall. I am only giving 4 stars out of 5 as I find the construction of the hats a little inconsistent as the brown one I received is a little off in the construction. The crown was stitched in a little off centre, and the seam in the brim is not aligned with the rear centre line of the hat which would be normal. Its not enough to return the hat or be noticeable when wearing it, however, it is a defect and should have been caught in the inspection process as it makes the hat a little less comfortable than the blue one, which is straight and centred in construction. Overall, especially for the price, I highly recommend these hats. I have 5 Tilley hats and a few other Aussie hats to compare these to and I am now wearing these 2 Barmah's all the time. BTW, the hat showed up in a box crushed flat to about 1 inch thick. So these are definitely crushable and they pop back to perfect shape instantly. :) BM

Durable hat

This hat is great because its so durable. It allows me to crush it, sit on it, throw it around and it still keeps its shape which is great for the worksite.
