Retail Store Information

Where are your stores located?

Our retail stores are located on the Gold Coast and Brisbane (QLD, Australia). *For physical store addresses, please see our stores page here.

If you are unable to visit us in-store - you can shop with us online 24/7. We ship worldwide*

Can I return an online order in-store?

ALL online returns must be initiated via our Return Portal here.

Once your return is approved, you can drop off your online return at one of our physical store locations. Online returns WILL NOT be processed in store as it is an online order. We'll ensure it's sent back to our online team for processing.

Expect your return to be processed within 7-10 days, and you'll be notified via the email on your return.

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes, we do! Our Southport store offers Click and Collect. Simply choose this option during checkout, and your order will be ready within 1 business day (Monday thru Friday). We'll notify you by email or phone when it's ready for pickup.

Visit our Southport store with your order confirmation and our team will assist you.

Can I check in-store stock availability online?

Yes, you can check the product availability at our Southport store online. For our Robina and Carindale locations, we recommend visiting in-store or contacting our staff for real-time stock information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of your payment information seriously. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your data during the checkout process.

How do I apply my store credit or gift card?

Applying your store credit or gift card is easy. During the checkout process, please apply your unique code into the 'Discount code and gift card' box and click the 'apply' button.

If the value of your gift card or store credit doesn't cover the entire order amount, you can pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.

Currency conversation for International customers

All payments are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate on that particular day.

Are online-store credits valid online and in-store?

Yes, online-store credits can be used both online and in-store at one of our retail shops. You will receive a code via email to use online or present to staff in-store at the time of purchase.

Order & Returns

What return options are available?

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer two return options to best suit your needs:

1. Refund to Store Credit: If you choose a refund to Store Credit, the process is as follows:

  • Store credit for the full product value (excluding original postage costs).
  • This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Valid for 3 years from original purchase date.

2. Exchange: For any item:

  • We offer exchanges for different product, size, or colour via our Returns portal here.

3. Refund to original payment method:

  • Receive a refund to your original payment method for the cost of product only. All refunds incur a AUD $10.00 fee for restocking, cleaning, and handling.

All returns must be initiated within 60-days of confirming your purchase.

Can I return Sale, Promotional or Racing/Event Hats?

You can send these categorised items back to us, for a direct exchange of size, colour or return for store credit. All online-store credits are valid for 3 years, so you will have plenty of time to choose another item.

Do I need to notify you before initiating a return?

You don't need to contact us about your Return.

But we do need you to process your Return on our Returns Portal here.

Once this has been done, your Returns process will start and once your Return has been approved, we will send out an email with our Return shipping address.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We kindly ask you to carefully review all details before finalising your purchase.

Please note that your order is processed immediately and sent to our warehouse for packing and dispatch. Consequently, it is extremely hard for us to cancel or amend any order.

In the rare case we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, you will receive a refund less a $10 restocking fee to cover all original fees associated with the placement of your order.

In the case your order has already been shipped by our warehouse department, you can lodge a return for it via our returns centre.
