great product

Easy to order online, and delivery was on time. Bought these hat resizers to adjust a few hats bought on sale but a week bit too big! Would recommend this product.

While this product works when inserted behind lining band it does not work when trying to stick intert to band as release paper does not release - the whole release paper plus adhesive comes away instead!

Inflexible and petty

I placed an order for a $10 accessory, and immediately realised I hadn’t entered the discount code that had been emailed to me. Straight away I emailed customer service to explain and asked if they could apply the code (as they don’t provide the ability to update or cancel orders via their website). Two days later I received an email to advise that sorry, they can’t help. As the order hasn’t shipped, I then asked them to cancel the order. They said sure, but there’s a $10 cancellation fee. Ie 100% of the cost. (For clarity, I repeat that I emailed customer service immediately upon placing the order, and the item has not yet shipped), Ps while this is a small purchase, I’ve previously purchased an Akubra from them. This is one customer that will remember this experience, and won’t be coming back.
